1) To Cancel Your 1 Year or 6-month Salesable Premium Subscription
You can request for cancellation at any given time as long as your 1-year or 6-month Salesable subscription is currently active to prevent the renewal charge of 97 USD per month. The assets, DSB, and other recordings from your AMU account will be retained so you can still use those for future reference.

2) To Cancel Your Monthly Subscription

If your initial subscription is from the 1-year or 6-months the assets, DSB, and other recordings from your AMU account will be retained so you can still use those for future reference.

3) To Cancel Your 14 Days Free Trial
If you are on a trial account, you can contact our live chat support or email us at [email protected] before the end of your free trial to prevent any charges after the trial period.
