You can connect your custom domain/subdomain with membership sites by going to Settings > Custom Domain. You can also use a custom subdomain by going to Settings > Site Details.
- Note: The domain/subdomain you connect with your membership site needs to be unique, it cannot be used also with your funnels/websites or as your whitelabel domain.
1. Settings > Custom Domain
This feature lets you connect a custom domain or subdomain to your membership site, providing a more professional and branded experience for your users.
Instead of using the default GoHighLevel subdomain, you can use your own domain (e.g.,
members.yourdomain.com
), which can enhance your brand's credibility and make it easier for users to remember your site.
2. Settings > Site Details
This section allows you to configure basic settings for your membership site, such as the site name, description, and default subdomain.
You can also customize the appearance and branding of your membership site here, including logos, colors, and other visual elements.
In summary, Site Details is for configuring and customizing the basic settings and appearance of your membership site, while Custom Domains is for connecting your own domain to the site for a more branded and professional look.
